For over twenty-three years now I have been a Broker Associate. This year I am honored to serve as President-Elect for the Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR). I have also been an Outstanding Life Member of the SAR Masters Club for many years. For the California Association of Realtors (CAR) this year I will be the Issue Chair for Land Use and Zoning. I am a past Vice Chair of the CAR Expo Advisory and MLS/Computer & Business Technology Committees and the past Regional Rep for the Strategic Planning and Finance Committee. In addition, I am a Director for the AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), Sacramento Chapter.
Through the years I have gained much satisfaction and made many friends while helping out in the public schools, the Salvation Army, Rebuild Togefher, Habitat for Humanity, Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Loaves and Fishes, NeighborWorks America, the Hope Now Alliance, and the Sacramento Tree Foundation.
I am especially honored that my clients and fellow Realtors think enough of the service I provide them that over 95% of my business comes from referrals. My credentials include CRB, CRS, SFR, and CAR ZipForms Certified Trainer. I hold a B.S. in Data Processing with a minor in Quantitative Business Analysis from Cal Poly University.
I am a straight-shooter. I base my advice to my clients on solid experience and facts. Then I put all of my considerable energy into making my promises come true. It is results that count, and I get them with honesty and integrity.
